Before driving back to Augusta (150 mi.), I opened it up to be sure UPS or Fed Ex hadn't damaged it. Luckily, I found that the turns-counter did not work, so the unit was exchanged. Hooked it up on Thursday night and it's the best antenna tuner I have ever used. Bought a MFJ 986 about a year ago and had to send it back 3 times for service.
